Welcome to our website, the German School of Encounter Bucharest.

 

We thank you for the interest in our project.

Our school enhances intercultural exchange and cooperation.

German-speaking and Romanian children as well as children of Romania’s international expatriate community are invited to study at our school.

We are conscious of the fact that it may be difficult for some children to change their place of residence or their school and to be confronted with a new language. We would like to help the pupils to master this transitional phase and to attain the maximum learning outcome.

It is very important for us to work together as a team, with parents, teachers and members of our association.

Future-orientated thinking for the well-being of our children shapes our vision.

At the moment our school is being built up and we can offer the forms 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 of primary school. It will lead to the German “Abitur” and to the International Baccalaureat (IB).
